The first DVD release, non A-morph, looked identical to the Laserdisc but sounded awful. I looked at the new release 2-day at Busted Buy and it said the sound was 1.1 DD. They could remaster the video badly and stille smash that 1st release. I'm not worried about the pic. How is the 1.1 sound? Thanks....!
! I missed out on these discussions. I'll proably take the plunge and get the DVD. The 1.1 scares me. I sure would like sound to come out all 3 of my front speakers, 1.1 is not appealing. Thanks again!
