Who follows the 5 second rule? (1 Viewer)

there's a 5 second rule? I go by the "when I can get to it" rule. If if's only 5 seconds, fine but if I can't get to it right away 10-15 seconds ,hell a minute is ok with me. It's not rolling around anymore so how much worse can it get? of course that's only with non-absorbent stuff.

If it's not absorbent, I'll eat it. My kitchen's clean, and human beings are exposed to germs all the time, in unavoidable ways:

-If there are roaches in your house, they've probably walked over surfaces you touch regularly.

-When it rains, the water falling on you has come from a great many sources, including sewage and the like.

-If you swim in a pool... That water ain't pure, even if no one's peed in it, if you catch my drift.

And so on, and so on. So a piece of food picked up from my very clean kitchen floor is not gonna kill me.

5 second rule...... never heared of it. i ive by the 5 minute rule lol.
