I pulled out my DVD copy of Star last Saturday a perfect watch on a rainy day in New Orleans. A couple of friends came over that had never seen Star! before. I was pleased that they liked it and said the couldn’t understand understand why they had not seen it. We talked about the flaws in the film and the history of it, but again even with the flaws they talked positive of the film. I was disappointed that the DVD did not include the intermission. I would be one of the first to order a Blu-ray or 4K if ever released.

As well as the Sepia Tone on the Newsreel Scenes and Extended Cast Credits (Original or 1993 Variant?)

I believe from a popularity perspective (especially for a Fox Catalog) or Home Video Label release (such as the then Twilight Time) a Remastered presentation, scanned in 4K or 8K, and released to BD, will do, unless Disney are willing to go to town, that is.

End credits were the 1993 variant.
