Hate to say I paid more than that for it several years ago but it was worth it.

Right, but I am hoping for US Region 1 releases for these. I did pick up the Columbo S1 (Fabulous Films) and the S2 (Madman) Bluray releases that are available on Amazon. Both are Region B, and they look very nice for the most part.

Hawaii Five-O (1968 TV series)... and I wish the banned S2 episode "Bored, She Hung Herself" can be included!

The Bob Newhart Show most definitely needs it. The colours look very washed out and the picture on the DVDs doesn't look very sharp, especially starting with Season 4.

If Kino gets the rights to redo the Night Stalker in Blu, I'd be interested.

Shout! took what they could get just to finish it.

At least that was done all on film, so assuming the film negatives can be found, they can be restored and remastered. I can only think of what it would take to get the 1980s Newhart up to today's viewing standards when that changed from tape to film to film-to-tape.

Maybe something good will come of the Disney merger if they can put the former MTM catalog in better shape than they found it in. The mouse* caught the cat.

Very true. I like having the show on DVD, but an upgrade would be nice.
