The SVS will easily outgun the PSB. Bigger enclosure, significantly more porting, almost twice the power and I'd bet higher excursion on the drivers.

Sound quality wise, no idea. That's a hell of a deal on the PSB if you can get it for the same price as a PB12 Plus/2. But it would have to be quite a bit cheaper than the SVS before I'd personally go with it.
