which sony wega to go with? (1 Viewer)

I'm going for a 27inch which one is better for the features and price the

1.Sony - KV-27FV17 - 27" FD Trinitron® WEGA® Flat-Screen TV

or

2.Sony - KV-27FS13 - 27" FD Trinitron® WEGA® Flat-Screen TV

which is a better buy and can someone tell me th diffe-

rences in each system please thanks. for the help guys

Sergio,

The FV has PIP and 2 Tuner and perhaps better sound. Also, if you watch mostly cable thru RF input you might also appreciate the better comb filter in the FV vs the FS(3D vs 3 Line digital).

I just got the 27" FS for $550 to be used in a bedroom. Recently I've seen it for $525. Someone mentioned they grabbed an 27FV for under $700 at Cambridge Soundworks which is a good price if you want the extra features. For a little more you may want to go with the 32" if that fits your viewing distance better.

I also noticed that Consumer reports listed the 27" FS & FV Wega along with the Toshiba 27AF61 as the top three 27" non-hdtv displays. I was a little surprised myself as I had to agree with them on this one. But I was also surprised no mention of the Panasonic Tau flat screen which also looked pretty good.
