I am in the market for a pair of bookshelf speakers, which will be placed less than one foot (like 6 to 10 inches) away from the tube TV. I am working on a list of speakers for audition. I can't find information whether some of them are shieded.

    Any help is highly appreciated.

I got a message from Dynaudio customer service Sunday morning. Consider that I send them an email Saturday night, I have to say this is very impressive customer service.

    The message is attached,
    ------------------------------------------
Thank you for your interest in Dynaudio.

All of our Audience speakers use drivers that are internally shielded.
However, they have energy efficient motors, and if you play them really
loud, it may be best to try to keep the speakers at least 12" away from the
    TV.

    Kevin,

The B&W's are not shielded. I was originally going to buy 3 pairs and use one as my center so every speaker would be the same, but later found out that the 602s3's are not shielded. I had to go with the lcr60 and two pairs of 602's
