Which one - Toshiba 4700 or JVC SA70bk (1 Viewer)

Could someone "recommend" their preference & why? This will be my 1st dvd player & I want to make sure I am happy with it.

I used to own a toshiba 5109, a panasonic rp91 and now have a JVC sa75.

I would recommend the JVC over the toshiba. I think the build quality is better and based on everything I have read the past week (while researching players), the JVC performs better than the toshiba.

Presently I have an older 36" rca tv with only rca & svideo inputs. I will upgrade my tv, but I want a player that will give me a good quality picture now & later.
