Which one is better to use?

    some movies come with dts 5.1 and dolby digital 5.1. I have panasonic sa-he100k ( http://www.prodcat.panasonic.com/sho...ategoryId=2600 )
    which sound format sounds better? ive been selecting dts cuz someone told me to do that but i need an experts opinion from this forum thanx.

    The one that sounds better is the one that your ears enjoy more.

    thanx but i already knew that. what im looking for is technical advantages that are better.

    The DTS vs DD debate has been the basis of more than a few heated discussions here at HTF. Ultimately it comes back to Boris' answer: Choose the one that sounds better to YOU.

    Go to dolbydigital.com and dts.com. Both sites will have pretty detailed information about why their processing is better then the others. After all the research you do, I'll bet it will really come down to what sounds the best to you.

    Most of the reviews from most of the reviewers claim the dts soundtrack to be better slightly.

    thanx to all with the info. i guess it looks like dolby digital sounds better eventhough dts has higher bandwith.
