Which is the "better" Sacred Love: DVD-Audio or SACD? (1 Viewer)

Now that A&M has released Sting's Sacred Love album on both SACD and just recently DVD-Audio this is a good opportunity to find out which format is the better one for this title.

From what I've read the master was originally 24/96 PCM and converted to DSD for the SACD release.

The new DVD-Audio disc contains a 24/96 PCM track (with or without audio watermarking, which has been known to be audible?) encoded with MLP I'm assuming right from the master recording.

Has anyone with a pretty decent setup bought both, and how do they stack up?

I do like this title and if the DVD-Audio disc is a noticeable improvement because of the lack of conversion to another format, then I'd be tempted to replace my SACD.

Any word as to when Steely Dan's Gaucho will finally be released on DVD-Audio?

Thanks!

Dan
