I was wondering if it is better to build a smaller box and use more stuffing, or use a larger box with less? Does it make a diference? I am mostly referring to a sealed box.

i would go with a bigger box. you can then either stuff it to make it seem bigger, or put bricks or 4x4s in it to make it smaller. you can only put so much stuffing in it to make it "bigger".
