Which HT display should I buy? (1 Viewer)

Okay I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on a HT display for $1800 or under? This will be my 3rd HT system in my house and is not my main viewing or movie playing system. I am looking for wide screen with a display bigger then 36 inches. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

Jim: Have you researched what's out there? There are plenty of displays, both direct-view and rear-projection, that would more or less conform to your budget. Check out the latest Sound & Vision annual equipment guide, read the A/V store ads in the Sunday paper, and see what members here have purchased in that price range. It all boils down to which design criteria and features you want in a set. JB
