which hdtv receiver should i go with? (1 Viewer)

hi i just purchased hitachi 61swx10b television.and i was tryin to decided on what recevier to go with. i have satellite directv. can someone give me some input on this please. and television has all connections to go any way. thank you.

You might try reading the AVS Forum for their HDTV discussion on HD tuners. I'm using the Sony, which has been excellent. It apparently had some problems in the past, but I'm not experiencing any with this new unit. It receives both DirectTV and OTA (I think they all do). Others are made by Mitsubishi, Panasonic and Hughes. Good luck.
