Not sure if this has been done before but... If you're at all like me you are constantly scouring the Internet for the best prices on new HT gear. Even if you're not a fan of buying online you probably use Internet retailers as reference help. I thought we could help one another out. Post your bookmarked (or memorized) shopping sites to share with the HTF community. Mods: I certainly don't intend this as a form of unpaid advertisement for the linked companies. Just a helpful collection for the users. I'll start with what I have bookmarked: http://audiogon.com/ http://www.crutchfield.com/ http://www.etronics.com/ http://www.harmanaudio.com/default.asp http://www.jandr.com/ http://www.onecall.com/ http://www.soundcity.com/ http://www.audioadvisor.com/ http://www.6ave.com/main.jsp http://hificoncepts.com/ http://www.reliableaudiovideo.com/index.html
I find that Crutchfield often has higher prices than most places, but is a very good place for information, though only on products they carry.
Yeah, Crutchfield should do themselves a favor and lower their prices across the board a good $50 to $100. I'd never buy from them with their current price structure. I can Always find it cheaper at JandR or others then get my local ABC warehouse to price match.
Well, there's: www.av123.com (for all your Diva and Perpetual Technologies needs) http://www.audiotweakers.com/audiotweakers.htm (lots of interesting information and products in all price ranges) Other than those, I think you already posted all the ones that I check out regularly. Cheers, Brian
HiFi.com (Cambridge Soundworks) often has sales, is an authorized dealer for Marantz, and is very reputable. Not always the best price, but you will get your stuff.
