I've only ever used amazon.de, but they have always given me great service.

What are you looking for? There are quite some restrictions on mail order, i.e. films certified as "18" (no-one under 18 allowed) are illegal to ship.

Over HERE you will find a price comparison site for German e-tailers. Don't know which of them will ship to the U.S. though....
