Where do people get the jaw-dropping smiley faces, the ones crying tears, etc.? Any links would be appreciated, especially sites with no sign-ups.

My favorites are over in the pulldown bar "User Smilies" under the name Fools House.
There are other great user created smilies, but his are my favorite.

When you click on a certain one, it will even give you the code to cut/paste into 'most' forums.
