I'm looking for banana's where the wire slides into the plug parallel instead of perpendicular. I've used the screw types before and my 3802 is getting so crowded on the speaker terminals its becoming quite a chore to change anything.

    Any suggestions?

the rat-shack ones i'm using accept the wire in the same plane.

i don't remember the part number, but you basically unscrew the two pieces, insert the wire through the bottom one, then spread out the wire and screw the top piece back on - essentially "clamping" the wire between the two pieces.

they work well, stay tight and are inexpensive. how can ya beat that!

you could always strip your wire longer, stick it through the back of the banana, fish it out one side, then tighten down on it. like this
