I have an Acoustic Research Phantom 252c center speaker. One of the drivers is bad and I cannot find a replacement for it. It uses Illusion drivers and they no longer do business in the US and since AR changed hands I cannot get an answer from them. Can anyone recommend a replacement for the "blown" driver?
Thanks

If the center uses two drivers (in a typical MTM layout) I would replace both drivers. That way you're at least assured of having them match acoustically and presenting your amp with the same impedance load. Just a suggestion, especially if the drivers are only running $10-15 apiece.....

I've tried everywhere and talked to many people, including the places listed. They all told me that because of the Illusion drivers size (shallow depth), they could not find a replacement.

Any other ideas?
