I'd like to get a Geforce 4 and I'd like to buy OEM to save money and I don't need a box or CD anyway. Anyone know a good place online to buy video cards?

I recommend Newegg as well. I've bought more than a few items from them in the past. Very reliable, and they have very good prices to boot.

Thanks for the suggestion, Aaron, but the problem with pricewatch is that just from visiting the site, there is no way to know if the companies offering the lowest prices are legit or not. I'll bet you that many have numerous consumer complaints lodged against them. I like to know that consumers are happy with a site before I order from it.
What I do is to check the company's record at:
    http://www.resellerratings.com/
and then go on from there. I just checked the record for a low priced pricewatch company for the Geforce Ti4600 and there were many complaints about screwed up orders, cards that were defective, and charged credit cards without product delivery ... buyer beware.

I've also had very good experiences with www.mwave.com
I hear newegg.com from a lot of coworkers.
