Try Ken Cranes also known as DVD Planet. I have personally experienced excellent service from all orders I have placed with them, and have seen fairly high marks given them by most on this forum.

For overseas buyers, DV-Depot is a great place to buy. They're not the cheapest, but they have absolutely the best customer service in the business, and they ship up to 7 discs by DHL for only US$ 9.95. Delivery normally takes 2 - 4 days in Europe.

Laser's Edge is one of the advertisers on HTF. I have ordered from Laser's Edge for about 5 years and have experienced zero errors and 99% on time shipping.
The Laser's Edge website is generally updated daily and I have found it quite accurate. There are also some useful special search functions. For example, you can track daily changes to the database.
Prices are generally nominal 25% off which seems to be the norm these days for web shopping.

Service is exceptional and your contacts there are movie buffs.

Since 1997 I've had excellent experience with Digital Eyes. Try them.

I don't think there is such a thing as "best" for everyone. I know we all want the lowest prices, free shipping, fastest delivery and everything ever made available in their catalog, but that place doesn't exist. We tend to settle for what's important to ourself. As for me I have nothing but praise for DVD PLANET. Prices are very good: 30% off on preorders and 25% off everything else. Delivery has been excellent. Sure I might save a few cents elsewhere, but I'd rather use a company that is reliable and treats me well.[IMG]
