Yep it was Clarence Boddicker's henchman Emil who utters those words in Paul Verhoeven's SF classic. tsk tsk Paul not a Robo-fan eh? Amelie and Robocop a bit too contrasting, oui? [ducks]

And yes, I've only seen Robocop twice. The first time I was quite young, and the henchman covered in radioactive gloop really freaked me out. Amelie didn't evoke quite the same reaction.
