It's called digital signal convertor or an optical S/PDIF to coaxial S/PDIF convertor. MCM Electronics is a reliable mailorder/internet supplier and have one for about $15. It is the same brand that I have seen sold by other sites for $35-$100. Their part number is 24-4445 but alone it might not be enough for a miniumum order ($25 I think). ( mcmelectronics.com should get you started.

    Ryan,

You can get one at Radio Shack....about $30-$50. They have them for either way you want to go. Optical to Coax or Coax to Optical.
