Mark, about that album, I had the CD too, but sold it long ago. Did he ever announce what the "answer" was? The album had this puzzle on it, and if you figured out what it all meant, you were supposed to call his answering machine and if you were right he'd call you back. The question was something like "What do Hitler, this baby, and this and this and that have in common?" or something along those lines.
He was also good or at least alright in At Close Range btw.
Anyone remember his Tonight Show appearance? He tried to tell an eccentric story but long before he got anywhere near the punchline they just gave up on him and went to commercial. I think it was in the Johnny Carson days, and Carson had no idea what to make of him...he just was annoyed.
