Where can I get contact information for Universal? (1 Viewer)

Many months ago I posted a thread on if anybody else's The Mummy: Ultimate Edition cover was "messed up" (messed up as in the bottom part of the cover was missing due to the fact that the ULTIMATE EDITION logo was lower down then it should be, make sense? ) and I would like to know where I can get contact information from Universal to see if they can send me a replacement cover.
