    I own the Pronto TS1000/01
I need a copy of Pronto Edit to put on
my computer and interact with my Pronto.
I went to Phillip's web site. All that
is available for download is a DEMO
    version of Pronto Edit.
I seem to remember the last time I looked
for the software, I had to really dig deep
in the pages to find the software and THEN
I had to register to the site or prove that
    I actually owned a Pronto.
Soooo, actually if someone can locate me
    two pieces of information....
    * The latest version of Pronto Edit - REGISTERED
    * The latest firmware update for my TS1000/01
I really did look. Spent 20 minutes looking
through Phillip's site and Pronto Edit's site.

    Ron,
Did you get yours from J and R for $129 with that great deal an HTF member posted here? I ordered mine from them today. I downloaded the Pronto edit manual and Pronto user's manual from Remote Central website to keep me occupied until it gets here.
I think we're going to have hours of fun setting this baby up. No more complaints from my wife about not knowing how to run the home theater system [IMG]

All you guys are great! Thanks for the info.
I will be visiting all the sites.
I have had my Pronto for over a year now.
Having just bought a bunch of new equipment,
including a TV and DVD player, it is time to update.
    Thanks again, guys!

    Ron,
    One more thing:
I have seen a lot of feedback on remotecentral about ProntoEdit 2 being a little flaky, along with recommendations to stick with the 1.5 version. You may want to follow up on those threads to see what's going on.

Denis version 2 isn't flaky so much as its a little different then version 1 in that you need to enable a few things in order to do some of the things you could in version 1. Over all though I use version 2.0 almost extensively for the custom work I do
