Where can I find an A.I.-style DVD case? (1 Viewer)

I am in need of a two-disc "slim" case like the one used by the A.I. and two-disc Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within DVDs. It doesn't need to be identical, but I do need it to support two discs, an insert, and the "standard size" cover artwork.
If anyone has suggestions on where to purchase these, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Good luck finding any right now. Everyone seems to be out (I guess to meet all the new DVD titles coming out this Christmas).
