Some people have asked this before and to be honest I LOVE these movies as well.
I have not heard anything new since the suposed production of these SE's.
I hope they are in production and will be released soon.
Regards,
Ricky

Would love 16 candles, Weird Science. How about SEs of Say Anything and Ferris?

SE of Say Anything is coming. SE of Ferris is unlikely, as much as I'd love it, because it is Paramount, is anamorphic, and already has a commentary. I'd like to see the rumored radio station scenes, though.

I'm partial to "Pretty in Pink" myself, which hasn't yet received any kind of DVD release. Hopefully it is to be included in the announced John Hughes set.
Looking forward to "Say Anything" on DVD too, though that was written and directed by Cameron Crowe. Similar vein though.

Pretty in pink is a paramount movie, so I doubt it will be...but I remember reading that it was set for 2002. But again, this isn't a fact, I just remember reading that. So hopefully soon.
