I don't suppose they will ever plan on doing First Knight (Sean Connery). I would be glad to buy it.

Superbit R3 aren't region encoded (are they "all region"?).

www.cd-wow.net has them cheap, and they'll all play on R1 players just fine. I just picked up Gattaca for $10 shipped.

thanks for pointing that out Eric, thats a smokin' price on Gattaca if its not region encoded. Specially up north of the border where they want 30 bucks for the thing. Now if only I knew that before buying all my other Superbits.

Jeff,

Are you talking in terms of picture quality or sound. Does the Superbit version of JP1 surpass the R1 DTS DVD in terms of sound?

Paul,

in terms of picture quality, it's a sure thing. In terms of sound I'd say better or at least equal. Check out those reviews. Japan, Korea and Hong Kong are really fantastic places for High End and specillay DTS enthusiasts.

Paul,

I ran a little search, and yes, It's being pretty hard to find it. But I think you can still get it at Amazon jp.

http://www.amazon.co.jp/exec/obidos/...309101-0652264

other good sources for Asian DVDs:

www.yesaisa.com (probably the best)
www.koreandvds.com (as the name says for itself, just Korean R3 DVDs)

The greatest thing about Asian and South American DVDs is that they're all NTSC, so you don't have to deal with speed-up.
