What's the Difference Between the Panasonic RV-31 & RV-31K? (1 Viewer)

I've seen this DVD player online and have read the glowing reviews lately, but one or two online sites list seemingly different item numbers ... SOOoooo, what gives?

P.S. I know the -31S is silver, so no explanation of color is needed.

31k is black (so much for NO expalination of colors) if there is no S or K, it's still the same thing, the websites just chose to display the important part of the model number
can anyone else concur this fact?

That's correct. K in that model number stands for blacK.

Thanks,guys. It just seemed a little crazy that a site should list the '31, '31K, and '31S ... and I couldn't tell ANY difference between the three ..uh, the two.
