I'm getting:
Toshiba 42H81
Building a new computer. What's the best video card for using TV?
My main question:
Lots of people say a Computer to TV with DVD playback blows away any standalone player.
What do those people use to connect computer to TV?
Thanks!

Preferred method would probably be using Display (Monitor) Out (15 pin or VGA out or whatever you wanna call it) and then turn it into component by using a converter such as the AudioAuthority unit ( Link Removed

I heard some TV's have VGA inputs so a converter isn't needed. Does that have any effect on the quality?

Methinks having VGA inputs on the TV would only improve quality.
