I really want this TV, as I don't have that muhc money to spend but want a good TV. Does anyone have any deals on this TV online for less than $345? Don't include shipping because I plan on pricematching it at Sears.

http://www.pricescan.com is a good site to get the lowest prices for e-tailers. Looks like ~$345 is the lowest for the KV-20FV12 and that doesn't include shipping.
