What's the best DVD creation software? (1 Viewer)

I've tried a number of DVD creation programs, but none have ever had all the features I'd like. Right now I'm using Ulead DVD Workshop, but I'd really like to include audio commentaries on a couple discs. I was going to try MedioStream's NeoDVD, but I saw a lot of reviews on CNET indicated the output quality was rather poor. Can anyone recommend a program that would allow for commentaries, motion menus, etc. (and hopefully isn't too expensive)?

iDVD lets you have full motion menus etc. and is either free if you have a DVD burner equipped Mac or $49 as part of the iLife package otherwise.

Yes, I realize you don't have a Mac, but if you are serious about film/DVD creation it is the best choice.

iDVD lets you have full motion menus etc. and is either free if you have a DVD burner equipped Mac or $49 as part of the iLife package otherwise.

iDVD will not work with 3rd party DVD burners, only with the built-in drive on Macs.
