Screwballs - Fun in a goofy sort of way. Never takes itself too seriously and has fun playing up to the conventions of the genre. Day The World Ended - I guess. Scorpio Nights - I guess. Deadly Blessing - I've seen School Spirit and once was enough.
The Day of the Triffids - seen both and a sci-fi classic over yet more Canadian cheese is an easy choice The Day the World Ended Scorpio Nights - seen both, very easy choice Deadly Blessing
Screwballs - I've heard a lot about Triffids but it seems pretty MST3K-esque to me, I'll go with the "frolicking youth comedy about zany high school students"
Screen Test
Scorpio Nights - Mr. T and Adam Baldwin vs. the Godfather of Phillipine erotica, not a tough choice.
School Spirit - I was going to go with the Wes Craven but I love the outrage in this IMDB post on School Spirit. The last paragraph just kills me
The Day of the Triffids- great film that I haven't seen in a good while. Day the World Ended- see above. Scorpio Nights Deadly Blessing- Craven's third best film (behind Hills and Serpent), and one of my top 5 most wanted on DVD.
My votes The Day of the Triffids I'd like to see it again in it's OAR Day the World Ended - ditto Scorpio Nights - looks interesting Deadly Blessing - Seen it wouldn't buy it though
The Decline of Western Civilization Deep End Scarecrow Devi - toughest vote in this round, would like them both [Devi got my vote just because of Ray!]
