I just finished watching the "What's Happening!!" season one box set and I found it very enjoyable to go back and watch this series. How many seasons were there? Are there any plans to release any additional sets?

It lasted from 76-79 for three seasons, ended and came back in 85 as What's Happening Now and lasted for three more seasons until 88.

I believe the second season is coming out before the year's end, or at least before next summer.

The first season of the show was pretty good but it got progressively worse. Second season was hit or miss but it definitely had jumped the shark by third season.
