Whats going on with my TV? (1 Viewer)

I have a Toshiba 42H82 that has vertical lines going completely across the screen and faint lines going horizontal. Its most noticable when the screen is blue, ie. when the TV and AVR are on and satellite reciever is off. Its also more noticable with S-video connections but happens w/every source. I changed cables, sources, etc. but no luck. I have pics but haven't been able to figure out how to post them but will email them if anyone wants to see. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have new information to add. It looks like there are just horizontal lines going across the screen but the lines get brighter in some spots so it appears like there vertical ones as well. Its not a combing issue because I fixed that before. It looks I'll have to make the dreaded service call.
