I ask myself that question EVERY DAY yet the answers are always the same 5 or 6; chicken, soup and sandwich, pasta, steak, or cereal (when I'm lazier than normal).
Also, why does food someone else makes for you taste better than if you made the same thing yourself?

I can tell you what's for dinner for me - McDonalds.
Nothing beats going from one job straight to another...oh man being a starving student rules...If it wasn't for that new promotion mcdonalds has where they give you a free big mac for waiting in drive-thru for 30seconds i wouldn't be able to eat everyday [IMG]
The reason why it always tastes better when someone else makes it...because we're lazy lazy bastards

Damn, an original question. I've never heard this one before [IMG] I had spaghetti for breakfast. Although I woke up at 5:40 PM, so to most people it would be dinner.

I've been cooking for myself, and have been enjoying the process as much as the result. So in this case, I prefer me cooking for me.
However, in talented hands, other people's creations can be great. My personal skill is suspect, but I haven't been all that disappointed.

Damn, I'm hungry. I'm stuck on a technical call here at work, one in which I really have no input on, but still have to attend. DAMN! I need food!

Well I work in restaurant services so there's ALWAYS something to eat when I work during the evening hours: I just forgot what's on tonight. LAST NIGHT, however, we had some pasta, short ribs, tossed salad that struck my interest, but I was so dang busy all I got was a little pasta and a few apples for snacks. [IMG]

Fired up the grill a couple days ago and cooked up a nice one pound ribeye. Had the leftovers for dinner last night. [IMG] Tonight looks to be a bloomin' onion from Outback during the hockey game and possibly something else later on. We'll see. [IMG]
