What's Eating Gilbert Grape Artwork

    I'd much rather have the theatrical poster as the cover, but this isn't too bad I guess... could've been much worse (ie. MGM or CTS photoshop butchery).
    It's great to finally be getting this very underated film on DVD.

    I agree....IT'S HORRIBLE!
    Oh well. What really matters to me is quality and I'm planing on getting a high quality picture and audio from Paramount.

    I agree that the artwork is pretty weak, but the movie more than makes up for it. I for one will definitely be buying thise.

    Ah, it coulda been worse... take a look at the cover for the Region 2 version. The shot of Leo isn't even taken from this movie - unless the director's cut included Arnie's transformation into a chick magnet. [​IMG]

    That Region 2 artwork is hilarious. The movie sure will disappoint all of the 16 year olds that they are targeting.

    I would prefer the original Artwork as well but It is not too bad at all.
    Much better than The horrible F13 covers.

    Artwork looks fine to me.
    It's whats in the frikkin box that counts anyway.
