People all the time ask me "what brand of DVD player would you recomend? I usally tell them to stick with a brand they're familar with. And look for one with glow keys or back lit remote. How would you guys answer?

1. What's your budget?

2. Do you have a progressive-capable TV?

3. Do you need DD/dts decoding built into the DVD player?

4. Are you interested in playing DVD-Audio or SACD discs?
