I checked out the owner's manual for the Integra DPC-7.4 (aka Onkyo 701) and the menus have a setting called "16x9 compressed" which is said to defeat the lock on full problem for 4x3 material. I'm so blasted tired of waiting for my DVM-4800 to return from Denon! Can anyone comment on the Integra/Onkyo 16x9 compress feature?
