Tosh 56H80 WS
Tosh SD6200 CD Player

80 watts Main
50 watts Center
20 watts surround.
Zenith HI-FI VCR $400
Zenith 27inch TV with Svideo jacks $700
Infinity Infinitesimal 4 speakers $550
Infinity CC1 center channel $250
Infinity RS-1 surrounds $300
Infinity SSW-10 subwoofer $500
A Pioneer CD player and Dual cassette deck for about $500
That's what .. $3,600 plus wire and stands. Let's say 4K.
All of that is still working today as my second system.
