Mainstream: Titanic, as we all know, had a budget of $200 million. But if you add in the money it cost for ads, both Armageddon and Pearl Harbor cost around $220 million (with the budgets on both films costing around $140 million).

Black/African American - I would hazard a guess at Shaft at 46 mil.
While I'm at it I'll throw in Gladiator (listed as UK/USA) at 103 mil. for foreign.

Erm, Dreamworks and Universal made the movie. It has nothing to do with UK whatsoever (well, except the director). You got that from IMDb, right? IMDb are completely unreliable when it comes to listing the country of origin.
