I'm looking for a pre-amplifier to improve my system, I've got a Mccormack DNA 0.5 driving Dynaudio LR120+. I have few choices here where I live, such as the Jeff Rowland Consonance, Quad 99, Mccormack, Adcom, Rotel RC-1090, Rotel RC-1070, Qed Vector and Creek OBH-12. Not much more. I was wondering if there's any good choice among these, or I'd be better off with my Pioneer mixer as pre.

Thanks

The Quad 99 is a very good preamp for the money and would be my choice of the group. Also it has a very good built in phono preamp.

Just realized the TLC-1 has been sold. Will consider the Quad 99, although I like the Consonance.
