Hi David,

I think Erik is the head dude in the service/manufacturing department or something like that. If Ron or Tom is unavailable when you call SVS, Erik is most likely the one to answer.

Yup, he is the one answering all my emails, just curious since he always signs off with the 'S' behind , thought he might be related to Ron, hehehe
