what speaker cable/wire for 45 foot run to surrounds
I am using Paradigm Studio 40s as surround (side not truly rear) speakers on left and right, and have a wiring run of about 45 feet for each side.

What speaker cable would folks suggest...
    gauge and other specs?
    specific brand(s) and model(s).

fyi: Fronts are also Studio 40s with Studio/CC (Pinnacle Baby Boomer subwoofer) and Rotel RSX-1055 av-receiver.

    Thank you.

    Several speaker sites recommend:

    1-10 ft: 16 ga
    11-20 ft: 14 ga
    21+ ft: 12 ga

Most of us just buy a spool of 12 ga and use it everywhere.

The "Sound King" brand of speaker wire from www.partsexpress.com is very good for a budget price.
