How about "The Bear Cha Cha Cha" from the kids show Bear in the Big Blue House? My two year-old and I watched it yesterday morning and it's stuck there. I have a usually infallable trick that I use to get crappy music out of my head (start singing Led Zeppelin's Kashmir in my head) and even that doesn't work on the Bear Cha Cha CHAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Sgt.Peppers's Lonely Hearts Club Band, I picked up a mint german import pressing(vinyl) on Saturday and it's been in my head since. This album sounds better than ever, CD versions don't do this album justice. :)

Often I get "Brazil" stuck in my head. Anybody who has seen the movie by the same name would understand.
Yep. That one get's heavy play in my bean as well. It's in heavy rotation with other songs, like 'Copacabana' and 'Lara's Theme' from Dr. Zhivago. These are the songs that threaten to drive me mad.
Right now, the Star Wars theme is in my head. Why, oh why!?!?!

Mitty!

Thank God I'm not the only one! Sometimes I'll be humming or whistling "Brazil" and people just look at me funny. I haven't even watched that film in 10 years and it's still stuck in my head.

Re: Dr. Zhivago... Is this one worth seeing? I'm pretty big on classic films and it's usually the top movie on my Amazon "Recommendations".

Thanks,

-Mike...

Nothing right this minute, but for about the past week it's been "Wicked Little Town" (Tommy Gnosis version) from Hedwig and the Angry Inch.

"Goin' to Acapulco" by Dylan and the Band, though I think I have some of the words wrong.

(Does he sing "goin' to see fat gut..." in the first chorus and then "goin' to see soft girls..." thereafter?)

The Wretched - Nine Inch Nails.
What a great song to have stuck in your head.

The clouds will part and the sky cracks open
and God himself will reach his
fucking arms through
just to push you down
just to hold you down

Stuck in this hole
with the shit and the piss
its hard to believe it could come down to this
back at the begining
sinking spinning

Weezer Pink Triangle - The ballad of a frustrated man who falls in love with a lesbian.
I'm dumb, she's a lesbian
I thought I had found the one
She's as good as married in my mind
but married in my minds' no good"

And here is the best line in the song:
Everyone's a little queer
Why can't you be a little straight?

Gotta love those Weezer boys... :)

"In search of a life"

It's the opening song in Spike Lee's "Clockers". It sounds like a young Stevie Wonder piece. I actually put on the subtitles and wrote down the words.

I also keep thinking about the Chuck D rap that immediately follows.
