I am purchasing a condo/townhouse with a walkout basement that is 21*18. What size tv do you think I should get? Money is not an issue. Also, what size tv did you get for yourself and why?
    Thanks!

I went for a 65-incher 16x9 set for my 20x20 room. It was what I could afford, and it fit nicely with the couch and two love seats (and a back row for extra seating).

    I've got a 13 x 20 room with a 56x81 Toshiba. I sit about 7-8 feet from the screen.
I think I could take 64, but the 56 looks good with both HDTV and DVD, broadcast - is another issue.

If money is not an issue and your viewing distance is > 11', I'd say go for a 73 incher. That's what I did.

For a room that size, I wouldn't go smaller than a 61" widescreen TV. You might also consider front projection.
