What should I do? (1 Viewer)

I plan on buying a Panasonic PTL300U very soon. I ordered my screen early and it arrived today.
It is a Da Lite Model B.

Trouble is that I ordered a 16x9 92 inch diag screen. And what has turned up has the right width but is 14inches too high. Alas a 4:3 screen.

My initial thoughts were 'this is going to have to go back'. But first I want to check if anyone:

a) uses a 4:3 screen with a 16:9 native projector

b) places any temporary material at the top of the screen when watching widescreen dvd, and if so what material do you use

Looking around the threads it would seem obvious that if I predominantly watch 16x9 material I should get a 16x9 screen. But there will be some 4:3 material watched so should I fore go the bigger screen now I already have it? Or should I just return it and ask for the 16x9?

Greetings

Keeping 4:3 screen would make sense if the projector used a native 4:3 panel and simply did not use pixels for 16:9 presentations.

The Panasonic uses 16:9 panels and you have to manually re-zoom it every time ...
