Almost two years ago my grandma died of cancer and my grandpa has since remarried. How should I adress her?

I always call her by name because calling her grandma doesn't seem right yet and I think calling step-grandma would seem kind of resentfull. Any ideas?

by her first name. I think anything else would be kinda phony sounding. (I'm in the same boat, only my grandmother remarried)

Maybe 'Mrs' whatever your grandfathers last name is.

anything with grandma wouldn't seem right.

I think calling her by her first name is the way to go. Unless she is of the old school and does not deem that appropriate. Maybe ask your grandfather what he thinks. Another possibility is to use a different name for grandmother, something from her ethnic background perhaps like Nana or Oma. The point is that You must feel comfortable saying it.
