What quality 16:9 screens are available 27-32 inches? (1 Viewer)

I'm looking to buy a new TV, not projection, not LCD, just a regular 'tube' TV. I'd like to keep it under 1200, 1400 at the most. I want 16:9 size, I don't have any use for HDTV right now but it'd be nice for it to have the ability to be upgraded later. And picture quality and reliability are my main concerns. And it can't be anything larger than 32 inches.

Suggestions?

If you can increase your budget a bit, you should consider the Panasonic CT-30WX52.

Crutchfield's prices are a little high, so you can probably find this cheaper elsewhere...
