I recently found out there is an Exxon station on my way to work that has pay at the pump (that actually works) when I use my speedpass+ app. It’s very satisfying to pull up to the pump at 2AM and be able to authorize that pump through pay on my phone before getting out of my car. No need to swipe my debit or credit card.

I just downloaded the new Firefox Browser. It REALLY is a lot faster!

My grandmother had a Pekingese, later a Shi-Tzu, both were terrified of fireworks. My black lab just snoozes through it all

That my eye laser surgery is behind me. There's just 3 days of anti inflammatory eye drops to endure.

That just slightly over 3 weeks remains before moving day!

We had our final House inspection this morning, which went without a hitch. Just have to make sure we leave everything clean when we move out, and anything that doesn't belong to housing is removed from the premises.

There’s a Mexican restaurant close to where I live that serves the absolute best burrito filled with tender steak, rice, and refried beans and comes covered with white cheese dip and salsa verde and the large Dos Equis is pretty close to 40 ounces. This makes me very, very pleased. And slightly inebriated.

While I can't promise no annoyances, I have good reason to suspect there will be more on the what pleases me end, including occasional trips to the local Drive-In! Yup, you read that correctly!

Imagine my surprise to discover that the Drive-In I patronized in my youth is STILL in operation! These are a rare enough breed these days, and London, Ontario's Mustang Drive-In actually boasts TWO screens!

T-Minus 9 days to go!

There's no screaming children where we live now, as all of our building's residents must be at least 16 years of age!
